I think the spot comes from ingrown hairs. It should be itchy but slight irritation at worst. Its nothing to be worried about unless more come by over time, but i do not think this will be the issue for you.
Im having the same spots and the more research I do the more it seems like the start of herpes. If it is an ingrown hair you will be able to see the hair. These don’t seem to have any hair in them. If you get any info please let me know.
