Can you people tell if this is lichen sclerosus? The tissue is more red near clitoris and it is surrounded by little whiter area. There seems to be cuts as well but I can't tell if it is normal or no.
I went to the gyn and she said that I'm dry, but moisturizing my vulva didn't help. I can still feel mild itchy-burning feeling down there.
Moving tissue aside can move the blood vessels away from the skin’s surface and make that skin appear whiter. Is it as white when you don’t spread it? Redness can come from many issues, infections and inflammation from several causes. If it burns and itches and gyne says not LS, then what have you tried to soothe it? Have you tried some hydrocortisone ointment from the drug store? Soaking in a bath tub with 1/2 to 3/4 cup baking soda in it?
