Hi, I've had pain in my right arm,for a while, it's from my elbow to wrist. If I try use my arm, it pulls inside my forearm, and gives a shooting burning pain, although the pain is constant, the slightest touch, hurts and burns, I can't hardly use my arm, can't hold a cup of coffee, comb my hair without causing more pain, I took some pictures, there is swelling/mass/lump on my forearm, ppl have said could be Lipoma, but the lump doesn't move and painful, I can only take paracetamol, and it does nothing. I dare'nt go doctors because they will be touching it, and make the pain worse, could you please see the pictures, any advice & info is appreciated

Yes it could be a lipoma but it could have some slight differences and have blood vessels running though it which is causing your pain. Of course you must go to the doctor, but explain that it is very painful to move or even touch and he/she will be careful when examining you.
Its also possible its an abscess…and you may need antibiotics for that.
You dont say how old you are but if its this type of lipoma they are most common in the 20 - 30 yr olds.

Thanks for your reply, I’m sorry that I forgot to put my age, I try to forget that I’m 50,Not sure if I mentioned in the post, that it first came on about 12 month ago, but recently got worse, also have some other health issues, I was put on warfarin lifelong, but that’s been changed to Apixaban (blood clots caused P E,) and recently diagnosed with Fnd, but I will get to the doctors and get it looked at
