Is this psoriasis on my glans?

I had a circumcision over 3 years ago for lichen sclerosus which caused the foreskin to attach to the glans around the corona. But over the last 12 months or so I have developed these two patches and it's causing me some concern. I've been moisturising the glans but the patches don't fade for very long before reappearing. Could this be psoriasis or something more concerning?

Hi James I’d definitely like to have it checked with your doctor or dermatologist I think. Do you have psoriasis anywhere else on your body?

I’m very new to this forum for help with a nearly identical concern as what you have posted about. Would you mind sharing an update as to how you’re doing? I’m suffering from the exact same psoriasis-like striations on my glans. Was your doctor able to provide any suggestions? Thanks!

I’m not a doctor, i ever have spots on my penis and is gone now, the doctor here prescribe me fluticasone propionate 0.05% cream.

I was prescribed a mild steroid cream. I’m waiting to see a dermatologist now.
