Is this yeast infection or ovulation discharge ?

so i've been having a uterus pain most of day today and when i was in bathroom i saw this whitish chunky discharge,do you think it's from yeast infection another sti or just ovulation?

sorry if the photo might look gross but i really need some opinions never been to gyno and very scared to go :/ edit:my ovulation date is tomorrow and this discharge doesnt have a smell or antyhing
