I am unsure what is wrong with me. i have had this on my private area for about 5 days. It is painful, i have to be super careful when i am moving around. i feel discharge, at times. no other abnormal symptoms that i have noticed. very itchy, painful. it also seems like there’s a pimple growing on the exact opposite side. (very itchy as well). please help !)

This looks like the ones i have. Im not officially diagnosed as ive had a temperature so i cant go in to be tested with all the covid stuff but the doctor has told me it all points to herpes. Mine look exactly like this but i have alot of them. Im on day 10 and its just starting better after about 5 days of antivirals
I got diagnosed with HSV2 a few days ago. this looks similar to one of the blisters I had with my first outbreak. What is your discharge like? How is this progressing? Does is look the same or is it getting better ? Urgent care can perform a swab test if you cant get an appointment with a doctor.
