I have been experiencing a thick white discharge with irritation. Now I have white bumps that are right at the opening of my hole, they're soft to the touch, and are not painful or itchy. I wouldn't have noticed them if I didn't look down there. I've been researching and I can't tell if it's related to me having a possible yeast infection or if it's something else. If there is an doctor or OBGYN that can help me I will appreciate it.

My period started like two days later and the itchiness and discharge went away, the bumps are still there. No pain or itchiness... I forget that they are there if I dont physically look.

hey, Yes I do. I circled the area of concern 
you may have had a yeast infection and with your period stopped it. It may come back after your period. That is the good thing of having your period it cleans your vagina and regulates the bacteria. Hopefully it is nothing more than just irritation from the discharge.
I haven't had any signs of yeast infection yet, but the bumps are getting smaller
thats good sign, they should be going away by the the end of next week. I think it was a result of a YI before you had your period. Your period actually helped and cleared your yeast infection.
