and i feel like fatigue and sick and im scared to fall asleep and like idk what to do
All anxiety...Iv e had this for 1 yr now.
Deff anxiety
Sorry to hear this. Have you consulted a doctor at all?
if there's anyway you can speak with a counselor who specializes in anxiety, I would highly recommend that. That has really helped me a lot because anxiety is difficult to manage on our own and it really helps to vent to someone who can help. Counselors see this every single day and have the tools to help you.
there are some great audio meditations that completely calm down my whole body and mind found on YouTube. They teach you how to separate the negative thoughts from yourself greatly reduces the weird thoughts and anxiety. Just search for meditations for anxiety, or depression, put in some earbuds, lie down and listen. I do this a couple times a day. One meditation I particularly like is called guided meditation- train your mind and body to relax, sleep, relieve anxiety.
I think this could really help you along with the counseling. There are many to choose from! If your having a panic attack in need help right away, search YouTube for panic attack emergency. They will guide you through it.
A great book that deals with all of this is called mindfulness and definitely worth the read!
when you feel short of breath, you need to bring yourself back to the present moment. Take in a slow long deep breath through your nose. Notice how the air feels going in and down to your lungs . Make sure your belly rises. Then slowly exhale through your lips as though you were blowing out a candle and noticed how the air feels a little bit warmer coming out. The purpose of this is so that youare focusing on
your breathing and not anything else at the moment. Do this as many times as needed and do it whenever you were starting to feel really anxious.
don't forget to exercise regularly, eat healthy, drink plenty of fluids, socialize which helps take your mind off of things. I do hope you feel better soon! 😁🌹
This sounds a lot like sensations I have experienced in the past, and currently am experiencing. Once I realize that I'm feeling that way, I end up getting stuck in that mode of thought, and it can be quite difficult to break. Yesterday I pushed through the dizzy feelings and worked out, and I found that afterwards I was feeling almost 100%. Of course, it's always good to get some basic bloodwork done to ensure there aren't any abnormalities, but I can definitively say that anxiety has made me feel the exact same way you're describing.
