For a year ive had a lump in my neck to my knowledge it could be longer. Every time ive been to the doctors and A&E when ive been anxious theyve dismissed it as just a gland or a nodule. This last month ive had a lot of pain especially when working out down the left side of my neck where the lump is located and ive also felt quite sick and and constant headaches. Today I didnt even finish my tea due to just simply feeling sick after a few bites. I have severe health anxiety and have had CBT for it in the past and I cant help but think i have Cancer, Tumor and some sort of fluid growing on my spine. I always think the worst possibles cases in these scenarios and my doctors appointment isnt for two weeks it's also on Friday the 13th which also hs my extremely spooked. My neck has also been in pain throughout the day ive attached some pictures so you can see what they look like I need some support one what this maybe any past experiences and some general help image

Hi my hubby had the exact same thing, he had it removed and Thankfully it was just a build up of fat, that was a few years ago & it has started to build up again, but GP says its harmless. maybe you are making yourself sick worrying about it, which in turn will give you headaches etc.,
with respect, having it for a year, well if it was dirty cancer you would know long before now. what does your GP say? hope you get sorted soon as.
