ive had these wart looking things in my throat for forever now and i almost constantly have a sore throat and people have said the bumps on my tongue are normal but they hurt sometimes. I was scared of it being hpv because they look like warts and i was also worried about the big lump on my right tonsil (left when looking at the picture)
