so i was having a shower and i noticed this rash, it hurts a bit been a phew days since ive had intercourse, its really dry now hurts to pull the skin back but i think thats cause i just washed.
its still hurting but the red has gone down a bit and theres a smell more of a stench
It is most likely linked to the sex you had - although not particularly clear photo 1 suggests you have a quite severe reaction: you need medical help to identify what is going on so see your own doctor / GP or go to any sexual health service
Use water ONLY to clean with and carefully fully dry so as not to distress the skin any further.
The treatment you are given could well be for a fungal / yeast infection or bacterial infection, or both.
This may not clear what you have going on so you need to make sure you use any medication fully as directed and if it does not clear it go back to whoever it was that prescribed it until you get something that works
