I’ve noticed this white bump/spot appear on my penis 2 weeks ago

about 2 weeks ago i noticed this spot appear on the head of my penis. i am sexually active. on closer look there seems to be two smaller bumps but its hard for the camera to pick it up. i am a 20 year old male. what could this be
