Just Been For My Weigh In

Well guys

Ive just been for my monthly weigh in, Ive been working really hard this month to get the weight down. Been pounding my Wii Fit every day for a month doing the Island Laps x4 and Hoola Hooping....

Well the result is that since last month I've lost 12lbs!!!! My nurse couldnt believe it, her eyes nearly popped out of her head when she saw the scales LOL. I knew I'd lost quite a bit as I'd bought some running trousers last month and they were too tight, now they fit with plenty of room.

Im kind of feeling on top of the world!!

Does anyone have any recommendations on the best way to get the fat off from around your tum??? It doesnt really seem to be shifting much from there - 4cm since last month... Think I may invest in a sit up roller or something..

As for the tum, that's my major problem area along with my upper legs.

I have a sit up thing and the nurse has advised me to try and when walking stand tall and pull the stomach muscles in. Then also pull the stomach muscles in whenever you can, washing up, watching telly, etc
