2019 was when it attacked my lungs. Went from spine area to forehead and into my eyes, brain, ears, throat, down into my organs. After 7yrs of no treatment, I’ve suffered unbearable pain with little relief. If you don’t fit into the medical “box” of ailments then it doesn’t exist therefore they treat you as a psych patient or a druggie. Never asking for opiates but steroids bc it suppresses immune system. But, beware DO NOT take steroids after it transfers from the skin to internal shingles. It suppresses your immune system and intensifies the infection. I had 2 seizures in July, then tremors every day. I ended up ICU bc the Medical field doesn’t recognize it. Even while in the hospital I got Dr’s and nurses who had no clue. Govt is messing my Medicare up so I can’t go to Dr. Then got it straight and they will still take out payments for 3 more months which leaves me with $0 money. They don’t care! I’m very sick and tired of fighting the disease and the system.

So sorry to hear that. Please keep trying to engage with medical practitioners though, there is still hope!
