Left arm tingling

My left arm won’t stop tingling and I can’t sleep properly. Am I going to die ?

I have the same thing but all over my body. Hard to sleep.

Hi,

Tingling in the arm may be an agitated nerve, if so it should settle within a couple of weeks. If you remember straining it ,or over exercising, that would explain it.
