left breast tender and extremely sore. HELP

Hi guys

I am all the way from south africa. i am 23 years old and have the thought that i might be pregnant. my areolas have changed from light to completely dark color. but my left breast is extremely sore. i cannot press on the areas around my areola nor can i press my nipple. the area around my nipple feels a bit hard. the other thing that worries me is that i have this line going from the top of my breast towards my nipple. but it stands out. i can feel the line completely. is it a vein or is it normal to feel this line when you are pregnant? does it produce milk or should i worry about cancer? i am scared to go to the doctor i must admit. PLEASE help me.

Veins aren't a sign of breast cancer, I suffer from bad anxiety which came out of no where and kit me hard, i found lumps in my breast which I think triggered it, when I was pregnant my left breast was sore and nipple changed colour the line and colouring is completely normal along with soreness! cancer tends to be small hard lumps that don't move under the skin that attaches its self to the tissue, doctors don't worry about lumps in breast unless there over 2cm long which I find ridiculous! if you are really worried a trip to the doctors would put your mind at ease! x
