I have been having a sore throat with post nasal drip for a few days but now it hurts to swallow only on the left side. Looks like something behind my tonsil and was wondering what this could be? I also have bumps down my throat and back of tongue? Doctor says I just have a cold. (Saw ENT & was supposed to get my tonsils out a few years back but covid hit and couldn't go)
