Left upper eyelid always Puffier and bigger then the right, help!

Ok so i attached a picture of my eyes, the left eye is ALWAYS puffier and more red then the right one, does anyone know why! I went to an eye doctor and he told me to get eye drops and clean the eyelid with baby shampoo. I did those things and nothing changed at all.

I have a couple theories as to why this is, but i need help solving this, it makes me look bad and self conscious. ****

Possible causes:

  • I got a black eye 2 years ago on that eye,
  • I sleep on that side of my face.

Looks normal to me! Wasn’t it always like that?

But its a different size then the other one…? Its on the right in the picture, bigger and puffier upper eyelid. you dont notice the difference?

it looks pretty normal to me too if they are dry and very irritated use eye drops daily and use an eye mask will help if your eyelids are a bit puffy

I have noticed that a lot of people have one eye a little different than the other. Even myself. One of my eyes is a little bigger bigger than the other. As long as there isn’t any pain or discharge, I wouldn’t be concerned.

omg i have exactly the same and i really hate it, other people say they cant notice but i feel like sloth from the goonies!!
i notice this is an old thread. is it still the same now?
