Leg muscle twitching

hi. I am really worried I have a blood clot in my leg that doctor has not picked up, they have examined my leg but no scan or blood test done.  I now have little twitches in the same leg I have got the pain in.   Am I worrying about nothing as I have really bad health anxiety at present.

I’ve been struggling the past 5 months with twitching all over the body. 

I think it’s all anxiety related, difficult to say but try not to worry about it! 

My twitching has settled slightly since I got my head kind of back in order, but when the twitching is in full flow it’s horrible!
