I have had anxiety for the last twelve years, handled by lorazepam 1 or 2 mg. My doc switched me to 10mg Lexapro and the two symptoms I seem to have are nausea and severe fatigue. The nausea I had with my anxiety and the lorazepam took care of it. Will these two Lexapro symptoms disappear over time? How much time?
