Hi!I've been.posting before about my simptoms&I've been going to er so often thinking that I'm having an heart attack so now they are not taking seriously my complains. Every other test was normal so they said is just anxiety and prescribe sertaline 75mg daily. But today in having...

1. Chest and left shoulder pain and pain in the left rib of my breast bone

2.nausea

3.heavy head ,headache

Bp a little bit low but I run low.

I'm concern that today is not just anxiety and i will have in heart attack. I'm 27 years old . Do I need to go to er one more time?!

Hi I don't think u need to go to er again it is just your anxiety. The more and think about it the more your symptoms feel real. All of what you are getting are normal for anxiety x

Can you describe the chest pain?  Is it sudden or gradual?  Sharp or dull?  Does it get better or worse by moving, changing position, exercise, breathing?

It does sound like classic panic attacks. If your tests are fine, try and accept it and go forward treating the anxiety. If you go on a google over drive, trust me you will make yourself 10 times worse.

I went through the same thing in A&E thinking the worse. Turns out it was long term stress and panic attacks. A lovely doctor took the time to explain what was happening around my body and yes I thought it was a heart attack too.

Haven't braved Sertraline yet though.

Have you seen a gastro doctor. You sound like you have Gerd/reflux. Very common with an anxiety disorder. The reflux would seem like your chest/heart but it is t.

No I haven't yet,because of my dizziness i saw a ENT specialist last week but he couldn't find nothing wrong . Sometimes the chest pain feels like burning in the middle of the chest like hot felling. That's what you get with reflux?

Sertaline is helping thru all but still I have my bad days. Today is one of that,I just think maby this time is different and I'm losing time staying home. Anxiety is the worst thing 😕

No nothing makes better and comes out of the blue. Sometimes is sharp and last for few second sometimes feels tight today was like burning in the chest&some pains in the left rib and shoulder

Hi suffer withnreflux really bad and that's how my chest feels. It's brought on worse by anxiety to xx

Hopefully is just that,I'm so concern about the heart i read in the internet looks like I have all the heart disease symptoms
