Has anyone ever woken up to a loud heart beat noise it happens when I'm falling asleep it's weird I can't really describe it it kind of makes me jump 
Hear it? Yes and tinnitus. Maddening. Temoted to say i can fel its vibration. Seems a lot of people with anxiety do have this. I was told i had bad tmj and when anxious yoyo bp issues. This is really common.
