You are just above the hypotension levels. Many doctors would actually say your BP is OK. A systolic blood pressure of less than 90 millimeters of mercury (mm Hg) or diastolic of less than 60 mm Hg is generally considered to be hypotension.
Normal heart rate is between 60 to a 100 bpm.

mine was 90/60 all my life. then at age 64 it started to rise and i am on blood pressure meds. drink more plain water to get it to 100/70.
