Hello, I had done Keto Diet for 6 months then 3 months Low carb diet. I lost 22 Pounds in 2 months.
Now I left Gym and Diet from last 1 month Now I am feeling Anxiety/depression. Is Low carb Diet Cause this issue ?
All my Blood/MRI etc tests are normal.
Is it true? One of my friends faced the same as well. Even fortis Doctors said to him that Low card Diet making you depressed & anxious. Why ?
I understand from a nutritionist that the cause of the depression is the lack of wheat.flour as they contain a natural opiate hence symptoms of withdrawal from opiates plus increased urination.
