A lump comes out of my anus whenever I poop. Its been there for.a few years but it has increased a little bit in size. Its is painless with no bleeding history. I have only felt pain for a few seconds twice since it is there. Its one inch in length. What is that? Piles or something more serious? It sometimes happens when I feel the urge to poop but when I go to washroom, my poop goes back. I have GERD disease which has improved drastically with 3 weeks of leaving wheat. Any idea what is that? I am worried.
