I had sex about 3 days ago and then I found a lump appear on my penis. It only hurts if i press really hard down on it.
I've read this could be lymphocele which can be caused from aggressive sex or masturabtion
Looks more like a penile cyst, may also be a sebaceous cyst - or, could be a simple skin blockage.
Penile cysts are also caused by aggressive sex / masturbation …

i think im going to leave it for a week and see if it decreases in size it doesnt seem to be causing any pain or anything just feels like a hard lump
My advice would be to get it checked out by a medical professional if after 3 weeks it has not fully healed

erect it just looks like a lump its started to heal now will be having a telephone consultation with a sexual health doc today and maybe then a appointment will keep you updates

thought id update you its pretty much healed up i have some hard scarring around it but i think that will go in time also spoke to a doc and told them i used a razor which wasnt for body grooming about 2 days before sex they believe thats what caused it
i would suggest going to ur gp or getting s consultation over the phone and explain exactly what you see
