I [28m] have noticed a lump on my penis, below the head on the skin. It's hard to see/can't see it really with it being flaccid, when i'm erect i can see it much more prominently on my skin. Also my skin feels quite tight when i am erect on the side - i was circumsized when i was younger. Any help would be great, as i'm quite worried (esp the lump)

I removed the 2nd picture showing the lump/tightness of skin along the shaft, it was with it erect - wasn't sure if that was too much to post. I can upload again if needed
It looks like a genital wart and if you have warts elsewhere that would support my "theory" - they can spread and be spread [to partners for example] so you should have a doctor look at it.
Quite simple to treat I believe - I saw some being treated on [English] TV - with a freezing spray
I was worried it might be that. Could that pass from my hand? I don't know how else i would have got it as i've been in a monogamous for many years. Could it be a skin tag? It's difficult to see when completely flaccid so a bit worried showing a doc. Would they pass it off as a cyst? Ty for the reply
