I am a 17 year old male, I have found this lump on the shaft of my penis a few weeks ago and didnt think anything of it until it started to grow and turn purple, I am not sexually active, any help?
To be honest mate it looks like a pimple wait until it comes to a full head and then bst it then bathe it with some antiseptic and keep it dry.
