Lump on the back of the neck

Hello,

I’m writing here generally because its very complicated to see a doctor at the moment.

i have noticed hard lump on the back of my neck ,right side ,less the inch below hairline .
It’s painless and i have noticed it today .Not sure when it has appeared first. I had a deep tissue full body massage yesterday,not sure if it has anything to do with it.
i have never had any lumps or swollen lymph nods.

I’m 33 years old female.I have been suffering from anxiety for years ,but how learned to keep it under control.I do have a bad lower back pain , especially when i sit down.Every morning i wake up very stiff and very lethargic. I’m on Furlough since April ,so haven’t been at work.I kept staying active and walking at least 10 k steps a day plus some excersising. Eating healthy.Not sure if lump is to do with any of my existing symptoms.I had a lot of tests done year ago and only things i have been diagnosed with are dust allergy ,dry eye syndrome. I cant sleep for hours as im always worrying about something.My fitbit says i normally sleep around 7 hours ,but i feel completely drained …Not sure if all these symptoms are related…im more worried about lump now…could massage caused it ?

a massage would not cause a lump to appear it could be a soft tissue cyst or somthing like that book into see your doctor so they can take a look

Thanks for your response.
I’m in the middle of changing GP as i have moved and couldn’t so it while we were on the lockdown.So probably will be able to see a doctor just after 2 weeks or something.
It is very hard ,not movable ,no pain and can’t see it.I woke up all sweating last night.Not sure if it is all from stresses :frowning:
