hi, so for the best part of 2 years now i have had this lump at the tip of my penis as you will see in the picture attached. it hasnt from what i can tell grown any in the last year i would say.
i dont have any other symptoms other than more than usual after dribble and the feeling of my urine being stuck in the tip but i actually think that they are unrelated.
Im a 27 year old and would say pretty healthy, i could do with losing some weight but couldnt we all?
i have checked for basic stds and come back clear.
i am (or at least i was) pretty sure on what has caused it but i kind of want someone to confirm to me that it looks like what i think it has come from because i never really thought anything of it until we went into lockdown and i have a lot of time to myself to start thinking about things.
So basically i think it is the result of rubbing my penis on my bed sheets every night to pleasure myself. i would do it very often until my penis got really sore and im pretty sure i almost had blood one night which is when i thought it would be best to stop.
so im pretty sure that it is a sort of scar, maybe something like a stricture but on the outside of the penis rather than in the urethra.
there is a crack at the bottom of the lump but only on one side and the other side is the opening of my penis which also suggests to me that its not something growing inside.
as you can probably tell from the photo i have started to be concerned it could be something worse as it does look bigger and a different colour from that angle but from every other angle you cant see it as much.
so i just want to know if this sounds like this could happen from what i have described or if it looks like it could be something worse?

That’s probably a scar buildup from when you were rubbing it against the sheets. Leave it be and let it heal.
