Knoten/Stelle auf der Vorhaut seit über 3 Wochen

Hi, I have a medium sized spot on the foreskin of my penis (picture attached)

It’s been about 3 weeks now and it hasn’t grown in size and occasionally shrinks sometimes but I can’t really tell…

I’ve not done anything to it except soap it as normal in the shower. The first image is a before photo. Today I popped it and pus came out and a little bit of blood, likely from just the pressure

I have proceeded to put antiseptic cream on the spot and antibacterial soap. I have just taken an ‘after’ photo and it seems to look the same/as if the cream hasn’t actually done anything.

I’m getting quite concerned. Is this spot possibly an STD/something to worry about?

can’t say for sure but would definitely go to the clinic on your gp to find out what it is. could be something benign or if it was to be an std my personal guess would be hpv. doubt it but still get it checked out

it’s a pimple caused by an ingrown hair. no STD’s can cause this kind of things. HPV warts dont pop with pus. herpes might get pus if the blister gets infected but this is not a blister.
