Just to get this right: the lump as you are describing it is quite hard to see? And yes, a clear photo of it would be essential for further comment. You may find it easier to upload photos from a PC / Mac / laptop or you may need to crop the photo and save it as a smaller file size as the default from a mobile device is often too large for this website to deal with as an upload ....

Sorry, anything sexual related is not my area of interest - I only have the very basic knowledge of this. Sexual health professionals used to comment regularly in this Forum but no longer do: I suggest you need to be dealing with sexual health specialists or someone like a urologist in person until you get sorted what you have going on
