Hi,
I am currently taking Magnesium Citrate 500mg in the evening with a multivitamin. It's been 4 days and my anxiety symptoms have improved a lot. I can sleep well now and I feel more relaxed and calm now. But my stomach is bloated all the time no matter what I eat. The bloatness affects my upper abdomen which makes me breathless sometimes. The breathlesness only comes when my stomach is bloated. I've heard of magnesium side effect that it causes diahorrea but that is not the case with me, I feel constipated and bloated.
What should I do? Should I increase the dose to 1000mg divided in two doses?
I've also read about the early symptoms which comes after taking magnesium. Is it that?
