Hi I posted a few days ago about having withdrawal symptoms from sertraline. I've been off them nearly 6 weeks but in my opinion I came off them too fast (over 2 weeks). I'm having symptoms everyday... The list is long and they come and go! Anyway been reading magnesium is good for nerves/anxiety. Just wondered if anyone has taken it and felt the benefit? I'm also taking omega 3 fish oil. Thanks
There been many a discusiion in here with magnessium and the overall opinion is to take the err of caution if supplimenting. There are transdermal sparays people use for aches and oains and i use pure magnesium flakes in a foot soak. I also do have magnessium glycinate if needed a small one pill dose for those moments i cant sleep. I have tested my levels and they are fine but i have read many articles noting its importance. It can get confusing supplementing when there is so much info out there. Id say clear anything you choose to use with your doctor.
Always better to get what you need from foods first too. Food is health care, medicine is sick care. Look up high magnessium foods and add them to your diet.
You ever try supergreens? You make a drink with it? I hey have all different names. Its just a green drink with a lot of greens in the ingredients.
I have not tried Magnesium although Omega three has some good write ups. It makes the blood flow better and protects your joints I understand
