Just wanted to know if it's safe to take a magnesium supplement with the above? Heard that magnesium good for anxiety and poor sleep but unsure about taking it with my meds.
I take it never thought I had too tell doctor I feel.fine on it xx

Still having issues with sleep take zopiclone 3 times a week not happy about taking it but if I don't I don't sleep n end up exhausted xxx
Hey Jaqueline. I’m also taking this stff. 7.5 mg’s. Some nights it works great and other nights not so great. Sleep is very important so I’m hoping that this stuff starts to work better soon. I know the body has to get used to it so just keeping my fingers crossed that its sooner than later. Hang in there
Such a pest for you when you can't get to sleep. Better for you to get some nights sleep with the aid of your sleeping tablets so your body and mind can get a rest. Hope tonite is a restful night for you. Jackie xx
