Happy Easter
Im taking holland & Barrett magnesium tablets 150mg but just upped it to 2 day so 300mg now, I'm hoping it'll settle my nervous system down a bit, having a better day today but cant say if its that or not too early to tell yet. magnesium is supposed to help a lot if menopause symptoms but there's so many to choose from its hard to know which ones to get.
Yes big time. I must have it daily. No one should be without it
i will do lovely, i remember when i was withdrawing from antidepressants the only thing that calmed me down a little was epsom salts and thats magnesium so fingers crossed for us both x

ive ordered some, thank you ❤
i do take magnesium and been taking it for 4+ months now and i do notice that its been helping me alot. im sleeping regularly again and my anxiety is calmer now. i just have to ask these ladies is is regular magnesium or is with glycinate?
i use glycinate powder also take epsom salt baths x
followed your suggestion, actually been sleeping in bigger chunks thank you! ❤ it calms me slightly but think i need a miracle to calm this anxiety haha x
i take magnesium glycinate - easier on the GI symptoms .
Magnesium glycinate and magnesium bysglycinate (they are the same) are the best absorbed forms and do not cause GI issues (loose stools), which can be cause by other forma of magnesium. I believe I am in the very earliest stage of perimenopause and magnesium has been recommended to me for my symptoms, which are bad PMS, headaches, anxiety, heart palpitations.
the magnesium has been wonderful, i have nearly 100 symptoms, it helps with sleep x
