i have difficulty with my urinary system, I do not have any infection in my urine and I can not empty my urine completely I need to urinate more but I can not I think 10% of it does not come out.please if some one have this symptoms share it with me I am too worry.
Anxiety causes you to tense up which makes it so you can’t urinate fully. You have to relax, meditate, breathing exercises, go for a walk.... anything that will relax your body!
My advice to you is to go and set up and appt with your doctor, its probably nothing but its better to be safe than sorry...it actually sounds like a UTI to me but you say you don't have an infection...if it doesn't burn when you urinate then you don't have a UTI if you do and you urinate all the time then my guess would be you do have a UTI..make an appt. with your doctor he/she is the only one that can help with this problem and it would be safe for you and your health...
