Hi Gem33
This is a great idea thanks for sharing.
I usually have a bagel for breakfast with nothing on it as I find that it fills me up until lunch. I sometimes have the same for lunch or 2 slices of wholemeal toast with skinny laughing cow spread - having mince and tatties tonight made with 5% fat. If hungry later on I have an apple and a pear
Oh you are so good Lorraine! How many calories are you on?
I hadn't thought about bagels, I'm going to pick some up next week x
Day 3:

(Not had dinner yet so will update on side effects, especially re the egg!)
To be honest I'm not sure as I'm just concentrating on being low fat - the cinnamon and raisin bagels are nice for breakfast.
A nice pudding is strawberries, fat free vanilla yoghurt with a meringue crumbled on top - works well with blueberries as well.
This is amazing Gem, thank you for this.....
mmmm will have to try that! Thanks Lorraine :D
Day 4:
