Hello you very wonderful and intelligent people that make up this forum, i truly hope you are doing well.
I work from home a few days a week and find that my discipline lacks throughout the day. I have found i am so consumed with work, i am late having my meals, sometimes having my lunch at 4pm, which then pushes back my evening meal.
This is contributing to me going tired in the early evening. I have tried everything such as discipline quotes and even having visual reminders for my meal times. I please wondered what i could try to get my meals on time, i believe its me getting too consumed with my work and i please need some advice on this?
If anyone could kindly help with this, i would be forever grateful and thankful it would mean the world to me.
