hi beautiful ladies , i have a quation does anyone have this symptoms it is 12:30 am and i was going to bed and sudenly felt my feet one so hot and red and the other one frezzing to the point i had to put cozy socks to worm it ,and it is mostly the heel and the toes, it is during my evaluation so i dont know if it is due to hormone or not? please let me know if anyone is dealing with the same problem ,
