Hi Jan, unfortunately yes most of us do I am 52 will be 53 in a few weeks just started palpitations weird heart beat so much to deal with the worst is the emotional imbalance makes it hard for our love ones. Wish you well take care.
Hi lexi im going to be 56 this month and for the past 2 weeks ive been an emotional wreck…normally i will have a really bad couple if days but this just keeps going on and on … do you take anything for your emotional state i really feel like im heading for a break down and when im down its like the flood gates are opened and all the shit ive had in the last 5 years is flooding back too and making me worse which then is causing my ectopics x
