Mental block

woah it feels like theres mental block in my head, for example i could have a thought to do something and my brain wont tell me whats wrong with that thought. i have to try and think it through which can be hard. i also feel a little detached like when i look around things are fuzzy like my eyes wont focus.. my brain will also make up memories. sometimes ill be unsure about things i did less than 5 mins ago and wonder if it really happened... sometimes tingling in head and face... anyone else have this

yes it sounds like classic anxiety symptoms . The funny thinking, with the detached feeling, fuzzy eyes, old memories all can happen with anxiety and stress. I have had all of your symptoms many many times. I found out the key to controlling it is first of all don’t stress out over the symptoms. It can make them worse. Calm down your mind as much as you can. Someways are listening to relaxing music, slow long deep breathing, listening to great meditations for anxiety on YouTube, another thing is speaking with a counselor can help you figure out what is causing the anxiety. The symptoms are not the problem the problem is unmanaged anxiety and stress , Which causes the symptoms. of course everyone should have a check up with their doctor at least once a year. If you need peace of mind go have a check up now. you will be OK. just take one day at a time. And get some support.
