Hello!
I began having aura migraines with mild headache or none at all years ago.
They occur a few times a month and sometimes there are none for several months.
This past week I have had four. They last about 20 minutes. I had an eye exam a few months ago, and all was well. I have had PVD completed in both eyes.
I suffer from high anxiety, and have all my life. 
I can’t help but think anxiety is the cause of my migraines. And I become worried about the auras, of course. I looked in the archives here, and read this is not uncommon for some.
That was helpful, but I would like to hear from anyone who has experienced these.
