Physio told me 2 buy a mini trampoline
Fantastic stand on 1 leg for 1 minutes 4 times then do the same but gently bouncing very good for co ordination and strength, little bit hard at first 2 balance but if u need 2 put your trampoline somewhere you can touch 2 get your balance £ 33.00 delivered Amazon 😀😀

O único coisa nem um pouco parecida foi da minha PT. Ela tinha uma daquelas bolas meio-Pilates para praticar equilíbrio, uma perna de cada vez, com apoios por perto. Nada de saltar! Eu -crash boom- se eu tentasse isso. KKK!
