Been to the hospital 3 times this week. Was diagnosed with UTI and then told I had a yeast infection (they're easy to get with diabetes). The antibiotics weren't helping and everything was getting way worse. I couldn't sit, walk, or sleep without being in agony. Peeing has been so excruciating I've been screaming into a towel, getting nauseated and felt like passing out. I went to a different hospital and they were gonna do a cervic exam (kind of like a Pap smear) but then decided to just swab a sore down there for a culture. The dr told me it was genital herpes and it was very common. I've only been with my boyfriend of eight months and he has never had signs or symptoms of herpes. I'm on day 4 of acyclovir and peeing still hurts but it's not unbearable anymore. I've also been wearing pads because of all the yellowish discharge. Today, I was standing up and thought I had felt more discharge so I went to the bathroom and it was bloody. Is this normal??????????????

Les saignements ne sont pas normaux avec l'herpès, donc si ce n'est pas vos règles, je vous conseille de consulter un médecin. Beaucoup de pertes jaunes ne sont pas typiques non plus. Si vous avez des pertes avec l'herpès, elles sont généralement aqueuses. Cela pourrait être une vaginose bactérienne, qui peut être associée à l'herpès. L'herpès n'est pas associé au cancer du col de l'utérus, soit dit en passant (ce serait le VPH), et encore une fois, les saignements ne sont pas typiques avec les lésions d'herpès. Peut-être est-ce à cause de votre diabète, je ne sais pas, mais je vous conseille définitivement de consulter un médecin à ce sujet. Tout le meilleur.
