can someone please help ive been Taking zopiclone fit 4 years since my mum passed away. i was on 7.5 a night and was fine until i read the horror stories & decided its time to come off the poison. i started refucing to 3.75 fir few weeks which i was managing but now they dont work im getting 0 hours sleep i went to my go who is trying help me with the tapering & gave me Hydroxyxine sntihystamine to help with withdrawal which left me very sleepy next day & only managed 3 hours off sleep. i really want to come off these meds but worry that my brain wont sleep naura again. i have read ip that oeople have been on xopiclone & other drugs & succesfully come off them is this possible. im trying keep healthy by going gym & eating healthy diet . can someone help please
