Moles/skin tags in genital area?

So I have a few "spots" that I'm trying to figure out. I have been celibate for about 7 years (and I'm wanting to get back in the game) and my last partner had genital warts and never told me (so obviously that's a concern) although I did receive the Gardasil vaccines prior to that. I believe these are moles or skin tags that developed over time. These spots started to appear been several years after my last sexual encounter. I have not been to my GYN for a few years (not sexually active and last pap was clean) and I was hesitant to show these spots to my dermatologist (which I should have shown her in hindsight). I have noticed that hair can grow from these and they have not grown in size nor itch in any manner. Thoughts? Note: I did shave very recently so I do have some redness from that

Which spots do you mean? I did't see any abnormal things on your picture?

These might be Molluscum Contagiosum.

Hi, they do kinda look like warts, they look clustered and not smooth round mole. Skin tag would be more fleshy. You can try and apply apple cider vinegar to see if they turn white. Yes its always best to show and tell your Doctor everything, after all they are professionals. Does your vagina have any abnormal growth ? near the bottom of your vagina or on your inner labias ?

this covered picture don't show anything of abnormal... if you have other more detailed photos they could reveal more useful information to reveal a correct diagnosis. regards Vera

The spots on my inner thigh and groin area. I believe they're moles or skin tags especially in friction areas (which I know can develop as you age and I'm a redhead so I'm full of moles and freckles) they've been there for several years and haven't grown or "spread".

These "spots" have been there for a serval years (I would say at least 5 years with no change and my GYN never mentioned anything with me last exam in 2017 but o also didn't bring this up to get for attention). Nothing in or in my vagina. I do have a regular doctor's appointment scheduled in a couple of weeks and I will show them these spots. I'm in my late 30s and have developed other moles in other areas of my body. Being a redhead my skin is more prone to developing skin "additions".

They are the darker round spots around the flower. I believe they're moles but it's hard to get a good look when it's not somewhere I can get a close look. They've been there for years with no change. I do have a regular doctor's appointment in a couple of weeks and I will have them get a better look.

If they have been there cor several years now than i dont think they are of concern. When they are is when the multiply and start to itch or cause discomfort. Yes you are right, redheads do develop more skin additions as you like to call it. Just have to remember what is benign and what is not. I am sure your concern is that they are near your vagina and anything new is always a concern. If your doctor does not think it is but you do you can always ask for a biopsy to shed light on what it is exactly. As long as you dont have any abnormal growth on your vulva or vagina i think you are ok .

I've actually had biopsies done in the past on suspicious moles and so far I've been good. I go to a dermatologist once a year for a full body exam but never brought up these spots to her (because I didn't think to bring it up). I just want to be certain before I consider getting back in the dating scene ya know.

I have attached a quick shot of one of my arms with freckles, moles and a skin tag (my skin tags are all mole like in shape and size). Just for comparison (not the same lighting). image

I have the same and recently got treatment. molluscum contagiosum. you should mention them to your doctor abd get treatment. it's not dangerous but still
