Hey Jim bob! I’m exactly the same, morning times are the hardest for me and I’m finding it hard already even after just over two weeks to cope with, I’m hoping that I’ll feel better soon but it’s really tough not feeling yourself isn’t it? Maybe speak to your doctor about an increase or another medication? Let us know how you get on x

Hi belle i would say its a rollercoaster but that would imply ups and down and its just been downs for the last 8 weeks im tryna do the opposite of things i wouldnt normaly do like posting on her cause i do get embarrased of this illness i know i shouldnt but i do im trying to be alot more open but things are just not getting better for me i hope you feel better soon

Hi Jim bob yes one of the side effects I got on cit was morning anxiety and it seems many others do too but most say it wears off around 12-16 weeks. I am so sorry it’s such a struggle but I agree sometimes it’s not up and down just down!! But keep going and hopefully your dr will be able to help x x love and blessings x x

Hey Jimbob,

I’m on 10mg and it’s week12. I still get anxiety at times but it’s slowly leaving me. I put headphones on with music or discussion and zone out. It helps me a great deal. I also cut out caffeine and alcohol which also helps. Stay with it.

It wS a real challenge for me. I had every symptom immagineable. Definitely a roller coaster ride. It does get better. I’m

Actually on vacation which I never could have done a few weeks ago. Keep us posted on your journey.

PS: Also I keep a journal and I now look back at how bad I was. Wow!!! It makes me strive farther to a sense of well being like how I used to be.

Will😎

10 mg is a really low dose, more of a maintenance level. Since you've been on it for 8 weeks now and still feeling really low, I'd probably go in to the doctor and see if you could try 15 mg., or 20mg.
