My mother has gone into a nursing home due to have another assessment next week to decide if it should be permanent. I have been withdrawing her pension/benefits for her but am worried now that I should not do this but, she has bills to pay and asks for things to be brought for her, such as cigarettes, I can not do this out of my income. Where do Istand?
