MS and pain under right rib/liver/kidney area

I am 54 years old female and have MS. For a year and a half i have had this pain under my right rib and around to my back where my kidney is . The pain follows my lower rib . If i press my abdomen under my right rib it is tender. My rib at back can sometimes burn and hurt to the touch also . Pain is always there but some days its really bad. Its better laying down rather then standing or sitting . My neurologist thought it was a pulled muscle and sent me on my way . I asked my family Dr to look into it . I have had a few Ultrasounds , CT scan, endoscopy, colonoscopy , nerve pain injections and also went to physio and massage . No diagnosis and nothing has helped . I find when i bend to the right whether standing or sitting it feels binding and it really hurts and when i sit too long it hurts worse i find laying on the couch with my right arm over my head helps it a bit . I find my bra sometimes hurts and tight waist pants . I found out i have a small kidney cyst and a liver cyst which I am told isn't causing the pain . I have tried heat and cold and nothing helps . I am now trying Cymbalta given to me by my physiatrist to see if it is nerve pain. I have taken Nexxium along with several other meds for acid reflux/ heartburn which has not helped .All Drs and specialists are stumped . Anyone else have a similar issue? Sometimes i can feel a tender bump in my right abdomen which sometimes seems to disappear . No constipation or gas pains and no hernia .
